Health Insurance

Individual and group health insurance policies are designed to pay some of the costs associated with health care for people under age 65, and Medicare health plans for people 65 or older, but there are exceptions to those rules.
Life Insurance
Life insurance pays a beneficiary a sum of money upon the death of an insured person. Life insurance policies can also contain options that pay an insured person - while they are living - a sum of money if they are diagnosed with a critical or chronic illness.
Dental/Vision Insurance
Dental and vision insurance are forms of health insurance designed to pay some of the costs associated with dental or vision care.
Accident & Critical Illness Insurance
Accident and critical illness insurance policies will pay a person a sum of money if they suffer from an accident or illness covered under each type of plan.
HEALTH INSURANCE
MEDICARE is federal health insurance for people 65 or older, some younger people with disabilities, and people with end-stage renal (kidney) disease. COVERED CALIFORNIA is health insurance for people that are typically younger than 65, or for older people that are unable to qualify for Medicare. It's the only place where you can get financial help when you buy health insurance from well-known companies.
